If you sold a Homestead PRD property during the lawsuit and the title company withheld money from the sale of that property at closing, the following instructions are to help you to request disbursement of your funds that are currently being held in the Court Registry. The court clerk said it would take about a week to process and mail the check after the form is received. The Court has instructed all individuals requesting a disbursement to complete the form and mail it to the following address:
