On November 13, 2020 Judge Olson reversed his previous decision and granted the motion for a class action certification. His decision came after learning an overwhelming 300+ Homeowners indeed do support a class action lawsuit against 18 Paradise, LLP and MJ Management.
Recall on October 9, 2020, he had denied our motion for class action certification because he was concerned that not enough homeowners had expressed their support for the lawsuit.
