The lease agreement between 18 Paradise and MJ Management was amended and read in part:
“5.3 Compensation – Owners shall receive a monthly payment due at the beginning of each month payable from the maintenance fees paid by the residents.” (Section L, pg. 17 “Scheme To Purchase Golf Course” Line 4, Item 155)
