Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Order on Remaining Claim Including Invalidating the Sixth and Seventh Amendments to Covenants. The judgement orders:

1. 6th amendment void ab initio (from the beginning)
2. 7th amendment void ab initio (from the beginning)
3. MJ Management claims for payment of maintenance fees dismissed with prejudice (dismissed permanently.)
4. 18 Paradise claim for payment of maintenance fees withdrawn
5. Class counsel remain class counsel for post trial motions and appeal

Note, the primary focus of the appeal is the dismissal of the consumer protection act claim on the basis that it did not meet the public interest test set out in the statute, as interpreted by case law. The case law is inconsistent.
