The City of Lynden has renewed its motion to be dismissed from the case. That has been noted for hearing before Judge Freeman on Friday September 24, 2021.
The motion claims that the City owes the citizens of Homestead PRD NO DUTY to enforce its PRD ordinances which require the establishment of the HOA as set out therein.
