Thank you to the class member attorneys and to all who joined the Town Hall meeting tonight in person and on zoom.
When: Thursday, July 29th from 6:30 – 7:30 pm
NOTE: Forecast predicts Thursday night will be HOT (80+ F), so you may want to bring sunshades, folding chairs, drinking water, etc.
Topics: Attorneys will present information on the following:
- The recent “threat letter” from MJ Management,
- The status of the litigation,
- The litigation timeline,
- Donations to the Litigation Trust Fund
Where: “Homestead Park” – Located near the Gazebo, adjacent to the Jim Kaemingk Trail and East of Maberry Loop.
This location is in walking distance of most Homestead residents living East of Depot Road. For those residents living west of Depot Road, street parking is available in the Maberry neighborhood, and at Bender Fields.
As an alternative to In-Person, we will do our best to have a zoom meeting up and running around 6:15 pm.
